Refund policy

All of our art prints are made to order, created especially for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because each piece is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. This policy ensures that every print you receive is brand new and has never been handled by another customer.

Our printing service will, of course, replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. If your print arrives in this condition, please follow the instructions on our Customer Care: Prints page. Arrangements will be made to replace your damaged art at no additional cost to you.
